Catholic Charities Senior Services in Schenectady is part of Community Crisis Network (CCN), a collaborative approach to providing crisis intervention services in Schenectady County and is supported by Schenectady Inner City Ministry, Catholic Charities Senior Services in Schenectady, City Mission of Schenectady, YWCA of NENY, Schenectady Community Action Program and area faith-based congregations including the Jewish community.
The purpose of the CCN is: to provide direct crisis intervention services to people who are unable to meet their basic needs; to engage people in short- and long-term services of the partner agencies; to educate the community about the needs of people in poverty; and to advocate for community change….
