Catholic Charities Senior & Caregiver Support Services (CCSCSS) provides a range of services to support quality of life for seniors. The services include – Aging Services Information & Assistance, Caregiver Support Services, Dayhaven Social Adult Day Care, Health Insurance Information Counseling & Assistance, Nutrition Outreach and Education, Ombudsman, Senior Nutrition (including Meals on Wheels and Congregate Dining Sites, and Transportation Services (Medical and Social).
Our goal is to provide you with a continuum of services to help support a happy and healthy life. We care about the needs of seniors and caregivers in the community and strive to offer quality services that meet those needs… and more!
Catholic Charities Senior & Caregiver Support Services programs are funded through donations (including GE matching contributions), fundraising, private grants, and through the Schenectady County Department of Senior & Long Term Care Services, Albany County Department for Aging, Rensselaer County Unified Family Services, New York State Office of the Aging (NYSOFA), the Federal Administration on Aging, and the United Way of the Capital Region.
