Catholic Charities Senior & Caregiver Support Services (CCSCSS) provides a range of programs and services to support quality of life for seniors – Caregiver Support Services, Health Insurance Information, Counseling & Assistance, Long Term Care Ombudsman, Meal on Wheels, Senior Dining Centers - Friendship Cafés, Transportation Services (Medical, Congregate), and Aging Life Services.
